After more than eighty years of neglect, in 2009 Villa Pedra Natural Houses was born, rebuilt respecting traditional construction techniques, using limestone blocks covered with ocher lime, preserving the aesthetics, the ecological base, and above all its cultural heritage.

The Villas, of different types that adapt to all family variables, have names of trees and aromatic herbs that are found in their private gardens – jasmine, rosemary, cherry, lemon tree, loquat – manifesting the individuality and personality of each house, maintaining comfort and privacy. There are also two old primary schools, male and female, transformed into housing where learning and wisdom reign in a unique and enriching experience.
