WINES - SPARKLING WINES<\/h2>

In full Portuguese limestone massif in the Lands of Sic\u00f3, in the sunny terraces of red and gray clay, full-bodied and extremely aromatic wines are produced, in a predominantly East \/ South sun exposure. Due to the geographical proximity of Bairrada, this region adopted the Baga variety as queen of red grapes. Our ancestors selected a variety that is identical to the original French Castel\u00e3o. After making a test field in 2004, a substantial part of the farm was replanted, introducing red grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Bastardo and Shiraz. The white grape varieties Fern\u00e3o Pires and Arinto were kept and varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Moscatel de Alexandria were planted. Oils<\/h2>

It is a fruity aroma oil, with unique characteristics, typical of the balanced and harmonious Galega olive, produced at a temperature never exceeding 35 \u00b0 C. With light tones of leaf green, combined with a bitter-spicy flavor typical of clay-limestone soils. CHEESES<\/h2>

Our cheeses are carefully prepared and crafted by Queijaria Lic\u00ednia, located in the village of Cotas, in the municipality of Soure, in partnership with Villa Pedra. This dairy is one of the certified producers of the renowned Queijo Raba\u00e7al, a traditional Portuguese cheese made from a carefully balanced blend of 75% sheep\u2019s milk and 25% goat\u2019s milk. Using raw milk and animal rennet, the cheeses are matured for a minimum of three weeks, resulting in a distinctive and authentic flavor. In 2013, Queijaria Lic\u00ednia was awarded first prize in the Mixed Fresh Cheese category at the prestigious \u201cQueijos de Portugal\u201d competition, organized by the National Association of Dairy Industry (ANIL), competing among 18 different cheese categories.<\/p> [\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1501076362840{padding-right: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”2258″ img_size=”285×429″ alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”produtos_mobile”][vc_column offset=”vc_hidden-lg”]

A cheese made from sheep and goat milk, in the ideal proportion of 75% of the first and 25% of the second, raw, curdled with animal rennet, cured for at least three weeks. In 2013, the cheesemaker won the first prize in the Fresh Cheese category (mixture) in the \u201cQueijos de Portugal\u201d contest organized by the National Association of Dairy Industry, competing among the 18 cheese categories open to tender.
