After more than eighty years of abandonment, a new chapter began in 2009. Villa Pedra was carefully rebuilt with deep respect for local traditions. The houses were constructed with limestone blocks and coated with ochre lime, creating a perfect harmony between aesthetics, sustainability, and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Our Villas, available in different types, adapt to every way of being, whether with family, as a couple, or on a personal retreat. Each is named after a tree or aromatic herb that grows in its private garden: Jasmine, Rosemary, Lemon\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The former Primary School of the village of Cotas was carefully restored and transformed into two Villas \u2014 the Girls School and the Boys School. In these spaces that once welcomed generations of learners, the spirit of wisdom and discovery remains alive, now wrapped in an atmosphere of serenity.<\/p>\n

At Villa Pedra, time slows down. Here, silence reigns, natural light fills the space, and the subtle luxury of having no rush prevails. Days are filled with simple pleasures: reading a book to the sounds of nature or swimming in our saltwater pool. Rest is not only allowed, it is celebrated.<\/p>\n
